The highly anticipated Octopus 4.0 software update is now available. We review all user feedback and consider these ideas in all future app updates. Key highlights featured in Octopus 4.0: Added Integrations Page The one you’ve all been waiting for. Making your working life easier and streamlining the way you save, manage and use business card data. All users can now use integrations within Contapp to seamlessly transfer and use data from our platform to any of the already-built integrations within the app. For example, SET CRM users can authenticate their account into Contapp, allowing users to save business card data in-app as well as into their SET CRM dashboard, in real-time. If there are integrations you’d like to see integrated into Contapp to make your workflow more efficient, please contact the team and we can work on that integration. This part of the app will be worked on continuously and we’re excited to release more integrations in the near future. Extra Security Layers The security of user data is our priority and in order to maintain a high level of security on our platform, we’ve introduced further security layers which comply with GDPR. Users can now delete their profile manually in-app by visiting Edit Profile and deleting their data forever. Contapp is using HTTPS protocol where data is transferred in encrypted format. The data is saved on a the very secure private network and has it’s own dedicated controller & processor. As well as biometric ID, there is a strong password policy to protect the users account when signing in. For full details on our security and terms policy, please visit our website. Amended UI & General Bug Fixes Users have shared feedback on minor bug fixes which have now been ironed out and working as normal. There hasn’t been any major changes to the interface of our platform, however we have now added the integrations section to the homepage of our app, replacing our roadmap button.
