Current Operational State: Georgia Only. InstaVisit Not Available for Medicare, Medicaid and Tricare Patients: Due to regulatory restrictions, we are prohibited from providing InstaVisit (virtual visit) to individuals covered under a federal insurance program, such as Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, Medicaid CMOs (PeachState, WellCare, Amerigroup, CareSource) or Tricare. Insurance Coverage: We cannot accept insurance for InstaVisits (Virtual Visit). However, you may check with your insurance carrier to determine whether your visit fee can be applied to your deductible. Medical Expense Reimbursement: Typically, the virtual visit fee is a qualified expense for a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Savings Account (HSA) or Health Reimbursement Account (HRA).
