Fails to connect on my iphone11
I bought the lightstick at an act:lovesick concert so it is official. Back then I could not get it to pair and had no time to ask a booth for help before the concert so I didn’t get to use it the way it was meant to. It will connect to my iPad and other devices just fine but it won’t connect to my phone, even a year later. I am very sad.

I would like help with this problem
My lightstick worked great for the Act:Sweet Mirage tour but when I tried to connect it in self mode a couple of weeks later it always said “fails to connect your lightstick. Why is this happening?
BLUETOOTH NOT WORKING
I got my light stick from a trusted kpop store so I know it’s official. It always connected to bluetooth on the app and changed colors like I wanted. Recently at the ASM concert, it couldn’t connect to anything. Concert mode nor self mode would work. I had to go to the pairing booths and luckily it worked. Today, when I tried to use self mode, it wouldn’t work. It kept on saying “Failed to connect” or “Light stick not found”. My bluetooth and GPS was enabled so why wouldn’t it work? Please tell me I’m not the only one and if I’m not then please fix it. It’s really upsetting that a main function on something isn’t working.

Not Connecting
I just got my Lightstick today and everytime I try to go into self mode, it says “No Lightstick found”. My lighstick is authentic and it lights up it just won’t connect

Connected easily. Instructions were easy to follow. Connection was fine. It was so amazing for the first TXT world tour!
Love the light stick!!
But the app only connects to my light stick and fails to update every time it asks.
Failed to connect
Keeps saying this over and over again but I don’t know what the problem is. I bought my light stick at the venue so I know it’s real but it wouldn’t connect before the show and I had to give up and go the whole show with just a white lightstick. I couldn’t go to a pairing booth cause the venue was so behind on letting people in and I didn’t want to miss the show. Now it’s the day after and I’m still trying and it still won’t connect to the app, not in concert-mode or self-mode. Huge bummer. I paid $60 for something I can’t enjoy and holding it at the concert was a waste when it was as good as a flashlight :(

Please help
My lightstick connects just fine but then when the new firmware update thing pop ups and I try to download it won’t download. Is something wrong with my lightstick? phone? or is it just the app? I’m kinda disappointed I wanted to have a lightstick to take to the concert.

my lightstick is able to connect to the app, so i guess they fixed the problem that people were experiencing a bit ago! aside from that, very cool and pretty, i’m hoping they use the concert mode during the tour ^^
