Problems with connection
I have been having the same problem as others. The light-stick connects to my phone but the firmware won’t update so I can’t change the colors or anything. I’m very disappointed

So, I love txt. And the lightstick is absolutely adorable! But it won’t connect to the app! No matter how many times I try, it always says, “lightstick not found”. What do I do? Is the problem with the app or the lightstick? Help please 🙏🏻

So I just got my light stick today and I got the app and it won’t let my light stick connect it says it needs a new update but it says that it’s up to date. Could you please fix the app?

I can’t get my light stick fully connected because it keeps telling me there is a required firmware update but it won’t install the update I’m not sure how to fix this

Over and over and over again this app has told me my light stick needs to be updated but then it fails every time I try and download it. It connects to my light stick with Bluetooth but won’t download the firmware update. I can’t change the colors and I’m really disappointed.
Absolutely amazing
I haven’t gotten my lightstick yet but when I do this app will be amazing and super useful if I want to change the colors and all that good stuff. Def recommendation if you have a txt lightstick.
