Worst. App. Ever.
I don’t write reviews, but I’ve never been so frustrated with an app before. Half the time I cannot get this app to work. When I try to access the video feed of my daughter’s nursery I get hit with a message saying I need to update the app for it to work, meanwhile, it is updated. I have deleted and redownloaded the app multiple times, have reset the camera itself, and have reached out via reporting a problem, which I have never received a response back.
The camera itself is fine, nothing bad but also nothing great about it. However, I will also be leaving a negative review on the camera, as it is essentially useless without a functioning app.
Also, I checked the ratings of this app a few months ago, and it was like 2 stars, suddenly it has a great rating, which seems very sketchy to me.
