Not worth it if you live in Arusha- Very bad service
I have given this app many of chances. But every time something goes wrong. It is a huge waste of money and time. You are much better off finding the restaurant’s number and ordering directly.

I love this app. Find it works best for Arusha than dar but definitely comes in handy. You need this app on your phone. Saves me time and money
Needs better GPS capabilities
Dar barely has street names, with many MANY roads called “unnamed road” why not find a way to integrate WhatsApp’s location pin into the app? It’s so frustrating always trying to explain where you’re located when your house is “unnamed road” in a place that doesn’t have street names. Surely something more efficient can be done.

Standards have gone down
This is the third time in a row I have to call customer service to inquire as to the whereabouts of my order. Seems like you guys are either becoming incompetent or arrogant.
