  • Great concept, needs work.

    I really want to support this app, but it never works out. I tried to book a ride a few months ago, but it would’ve taken over 30 minutes for a driver to arrive. I cancelled and the driver advised me to pre book in the future.

    Last night, I pre booked my ride 1.5 hours before I needed to leave. I checked the status about 15 minutes before leaving out, and it was still unassigned. 2 minutes before—unassigned. I cancelled it and tried to book a live trip, but there weren’t any drivers in the area. I live in the heart of the city and it was a Thursday, so that was kind of disappointing.

    I know that you all are still growing and smoothing out the logistics, so I can give grace and keep you in mind for the future, but the truth is that I just haven’t been able to utilize the service as advertised.

    Our driver was on time prices are reasonable, clean car no strong air freshener smell either - our driver was so friendly and funny at 5 am it was such a bonus and great way to start a trip we will use again and recommend

  • Canceled pre-booked ride

    I really wanted to give this app a try because of what it stands for, women’s safety. However, I was notified that my ride was canceled and refunded at the EXACT TIME my ride was supposed to arrive. Their reason was there’s no drivers in my area……but I PRE-BOOKED meaning I booked my ride in advance so I really don’t understand. So I had to scramble to find an Uber that was more expensive AND I WAS LATE FOR WORK! I know this a new app but yall need to gather yourselves quickly because the service I experienced was unacceptable.
