Good but....
I uploaded my receipts and it says I’ve got a $10 credit but it’s not in my account and is not applying at checkout. I even reached out to customer service and they said they’d add the credit but it’s still not there. The app has given me no problems but seeing the credit and not being able to use it is disappointing.

Very good, with one flaw
I’m very happy to be a part of this program. I like the rewards and ability to participate in surveys with potential for more rewards. However, I wish you could delete the receipts that fail to upload. I have a MASSIVE list of receipts that have failed to upload that just keeps getting longer and makes it harder and harder to scroll down to my list of receipts that ARE good for the month. You can only delete receipts that have been successfully submitted. This should be fixed and then it would be a five star app.

Can we please delete receipts that didn’t upload?
Overall, I love this app. It’s very easy to earn $10+ every month. But if a receipt fails to upload, I’ve pretty much never been able to get it to upload when I hit Retry. And then these failed uploads just pile up. We can’t delete them, and they don’t go away when the next month starts. I’m up to three or four of them, and I’ve only been on this app a couple months. I would contact customer service for this, but the only option is to have them call me. This isn’t worth a phone call-just let me delete these receipts! But other than that, this app is awesome!

Honest review
Easy $10 when uploading 10 receipts every month. $120 year. Possibly 1-2 maybe 3 surveys a month. Easy $10 compared to other apps. Well worth it. If a receipt is denied try to upload it again in better lighting and taking a clear picture. They don’t accept Whole Foods receipts either. 4 stars for the $10 a month. Not 5 due to little surveys and doesn’t accept there on company’s receipt. Probably because there already have that data.

Unable to access Surveys
Beginning today, 12/10, I was no longer able to see surveys. There is a white bubble at the top right corner of the survey tab and when I click it, the Survey info is completely blank. It worked fine yesterday where I could see what I had completed for the month. Now I’m worried I will miss survey opportunities. I also don’t see away to enable push notifications for when the surveys are available. It is not an option (like other apps) when I go to my phone’s settings to enable. Most surveys get stuck and say they can’t upload, then they do.

Can’t recognize obvious receipts
I’m glad to have been invited to participate in this, however the app has a horrible time recognizing receipts. It also doesn’t acknowledge emailed receipts to provide credit for monthly goals. Lack of in-app feedback or assistance other than a phone call is noticeably absent. I expect it’ll get better but for now, it’s an effort in frustration as much as it is anything else. I’ve even submitted cases via phone about app issues and have never heard back. I’ll revise review as app improves.

Waste of time! Receipts wont be uploaded
I’ve been trying to upload my receipt for days now.
None of my receipts got uploaded at the first try. I had to keep trying to submit again and again like over 100 times each... I still have a couple of receipts to submit to get $10 gift card until the end of the month but it wont upload after trying so many times for a couple of days now... this is such a waste of time.

Hi – Thanks for the feedback. Please upgrade to the latest version 1.4 where we have released several updates to improve receipt uploads and address this issue. If you’re still experiencing issues uploading receipts, please contact a Customer Support representative by selecting "Contact us" within the "More" tab's menu to troubleshoot the issue.
