Not good

Application does not have half the features other brokerage apps in Egypt. The application everyday has a downtime of 15-30 minutes, very long waiting log in wait time.

Your app is broken please fix it

Sense the last update everything is not responding and the menu is absolutely broken after I sign in I can’t do anything

Not giving money back

They don’t allow me sell unless I buy again and give them more fees before leaving the app.
Don’t recommend specifically if you have access to the US stock market most apps are more transparent. Luckily I only had small amount of money here and was only withdrawing for phone bill so I don’t care much about it but overall bad experience and not worth your time or money.

لاحظنا انك قمت بمحاوله البيع اكثر من مره اليوم و تم رفض الطلبات الخاصه بيك بسبب انه حسابك راكد حاليا بسبب عدم القيام بعمليات خلال عام.
عشان نقدر نفعل حسابك مره اخرى لازم تقوم بأى عمليه شراء على اى سهم و هيتم تفعيل الحساب من خلالنا و هتقدر تبيع الاسهم مره اخرى.
برجاء العلم انه تفعيل الحساب خلال يوم عمل, لو تم شراء اسهم اليوم هتقدر تبيع غدا.

Bid Price v.s Ask Price

I’ve been enjoying this app for the past 4 months and I’ve been making steady profits until I started noticing that when it comes to selling, the current price as well as the glamours profit that you see having risen 4-8 percent will not always be the actual. It’s tricky and misleading to show the ask price on the main dashboard and not the actual/bidding price. Hope the team behind this amazing app fix this or raise some awareness about it

I spoke to one of there customer support on chat and he ensured me that the money I will transfer will show up in my thndr wallet in 24 hrs I did the transfer and the next day the money didn’t show up I contacted them again and they said it will take 3 days . I did the recharge on Monday and still no money in my thndr wallet. They scammers and liars and I highly don’t recommend.

We are so sorry for what happened Gharib there must have been a misunderstanding, funding your account takes 1 working day while withdrawing takes 3 working days.

I am happy using Thndr app, and grateful for their efforts to provide us with needed information, my only couple of concerns are the chat service respond should be within few minutes not hours and the price movement should be more live to determine when to buy or sell more accurately.
