Call out the taskbar, slide up to shut down the app, and restart your device. 2. Adjust the physical mute button on the side of the device to turn off the Mute mode. If your device model is an iPad without a physical mute button, please make sure the bell icon in Control Settings was not selected. (Swipe down from the upper right corner of the screen on any interface and you can see the Control Settings.) 3. Enter the app again and adjust the volume button in the game.
