-Update: Our games are not supposed to be paid for twice under normal circumstances. The App store can not be connected sometimes, so the game can't read your purchasing data from there. You can tap one locked level to play and use the Restore Purchases button to get all the content. If this doesn't work, please have another try after 30 minutes. It’s ridiculous for a toddler game that you can’t share the unlocked content you paid for with your family account. We made the mistake of paying to unlock on the phone, because we have done that so many times in the past and then our toddler can play on his iPad. Not the case with this app. So be prepared a head of time or it becomes a bigger headache than the cheap game is worth.Show lessbrittmomma12345

We are sorry that Apple Inc. doesn’t yet support the in-app purchase shared within family members in Family share. We suggest that you can use the Apple ID which you already have paid for the full version to log in to another device. Download the game under the paid Apple ID again and use the “Restore Purchases” button to unlock the whole content. If your problem still can't be solved, please email us at cs@yateland.com.
