Google Ad blocks screen
The Google Ad is so annoying blocking the screen, especially when holding phone sideways. The Ad won’t disappear even after sending feedback. The “x” on add does not remove it. So badly designed ruining the app making the app useless.

Disappointing
Just downloaded this App because the one I’ve been happily using for years has been revamped and ruined. Initial impression was that the presentation was really good on iPad and editing the favourite programmes list very easy and bug free - however, it’s time wasted because to actually see this reduced programme list requires a payment of £1.99 a month - too much for me just receiving Freeview programmes. Now deleting sadly

Unusable
Installed it for about an hour. Every time I tried to use the guide the listings table was obscured by a google page trying to get me to download the google search engine which is already installed. Gave up.
Very clunky to navigate and certain options don’t work.
Once you have selected your favourites they don’t seem to show on the various screen selections. And I do have the latest update.
What happened to the North and North West?
I downloaded this only to find my area has been completely missed off! We are a huge area so to issue an ap that ignores us is disgusting
What priority support?!
If you subscribe to this app one benefit supposed to be getting "priority support". This does not exist and the app developers cannot be bothered to answer your questions. Can I suggest to the developers that you remove this claim as a benefit to subscribers given that this is false advertising.
Waste of time
The adverts completely block the functionality of the app, unable to use it at all. Don't bother to install this app, it's a waste of time.

Loved using this app until 2 days ago when I did an update it won’t download now. I’ve deleted & reinstalled the app but still same problem!!!

Just stopped working
Downloaded this a few weeks ago, worked ok until yesterday, now won’t work. Just gives an ‘oops, reload’ type message.
