Perfect home camera
I bought this to keep a watchful eye on my beloved dog when I'm not at home.
The ease of set up, and the quality of picture from this camera, at the price I paid for it is superb.

Great little device
Easy to setup & install. Easy to learn to use also. So impressed I bought a years cloud subscription . All in all money very spent. If only all apps were this hassle free. Hope they will bring a 5g version soon
Great for the most part
Little delay between camera and phone, great night vision, good video quality, only thing is like addressed is sometimes on an iPhone X you lose the audio to the Arenti app when you change applications (usually when it’s been minimised for a while) and need to reopen the app to regain audio. Edit: post recent update the screen ratio is awkward and to see the whole screen I need to scroll up and down

Unreliable, Needs More Debugging
The app will randomly freeze and lock up my whole iPhone. I cannot even turn off the phone screen during these freezes. This has happened twice in the week I’ve used the app. Notifications work for a short period after I add the camera, but then they stop and I have to delete the camera and add it again to get them working. This app is very useful when it works, but unreliable.

Great device
Really pleased with this. Got it to see what my dog gets up to if we have to leave him home alone. Really easy to set up and great quality, especially impressed with the night time footage. Have loaded app to two phones and shared access to camera, easy to do and works perfectly. Well done 😃

Alarms on everything
Very sensitive camera. Alarms on sunlight and shadows even on low setting rendering motion detection useless. I wasn’t able to access settings for cameras initially, but tech support advised me to view live camera, then use settings. Still alarms on any sunlight or outside light.
Not showing alerts
I receive message alerts that someone is in the room and I have places SD card in the camera and when entering the app it doesn’t show any footage or picture of the event. In the particular case I was called that there will be a person and I know that the camera has registered it because a pop up notification shows on my phone but when I open the app and go on alert messages it just shows a red light that something happened but when you press it nothing is inside the history. Totally disappointed because I bought two cameras for that purpose while I am outside of the country and now practically I don’t have no security and cant possibly know what happens in my home and if I am robbed or not . Thanks for letting me down Arenti! I wont reccomend you to no one

Better mic
Love everything about it except the mic. Wish I could hear the other person a little more clearly but it’s still a great device for the price.
