I tried tapping the upper right corner and I am still unable to close greetings page!

I downloaded this App and can’t get it to move beyond the Greetings page by Dr Kase. Advice? I turned my phone off and on and App is still stuck on this page. I can’t really rate the App since I can’t get into it.
Edited to say I got in by taping the upper right hand corner even though I couldn’t visibly see an X. It would be helpful if you could swipe this.
