New app doesn’t work
App updated a little while back. Logged me out, won’t let me sign in, won’t send me a password reset, and when I try to use my phone number for verification, it says “the number is already in use by another account”. Employees told me everyone is complaining of the same issue…4lphaGuy
It’s ok
I’m not talking about the food. I’m talking about the new app. It’s OK. But I feel like the people who made it and the people who paid for it should use it a few times. There’s still stuff that doesn’t show up. I couldn’t order tots I could only order waffle fries. It’s not a big deal. But. It’s not right. So it’s got a little way to go. But it’s fine. Great app
There’s something that needs to be fixed on the latest update, when you’re ordering it wouldnt allow you to pick one dipping sauce but i would let you add an “extra” one even if you havent selected the included one since there is no button to add it. Other than that, great app 👍🏾Erick abreu

Never once has a bad order and even if I did I know they would always fix it with no issues. Always great food and always great service.

So weird. The food was good… but, they called to confirm my order as the app said it was about to arrive. Then they subbed out the delivery to Uber eats and kept the delivery tip for themselves. Now I’m getting weird emails and texts with suspicious web links asking me to review the service. Will never use again. Very creepy.Show lessyourreadingthis

Meal option
It doesn’t give me the option of changing my regular waffle fries to cajun waffle fries on my meal but I can do it over the phone. Other than that my first order was placed fast simple and easy.reallly works
Doesn’t work
I can’t finish an order, after I hit “confirm” button to complete my order, I see a circle going around a chicken head until I get sick of it and call. Restarting app and going through motions causes same issue.alexbfgjh
