Great store but horrible app
This app and the corresponding website have poor functionalities and are difficult to use. The price for the same SKUs across app vs website can be different so check on both. The check out flow is really long and encourages user drop off. My order was split into two orders in the email confirmation which was really confusing. The total payment value is incorrectly displayed in the order summary after payment. And there is no order tracking function. There is zero indication anywhere on the website, app, or emails when my orders will arrive. I shop at Mothercare all the time but after using the app and website one time each, I think I’d rather pay more for the same product by buying from the Mothercare storefront on large e-commerce platforms or other stores altogether. Very low tech app! So disappointing because as a new mom I do shop at Mothercare a lot and would love to shop online from the store if it was a better experience.
