Ok, I was skeptical, however, this app was amazing! Take a pic in home, it gets sent back with an official code, submitted to Home Office, got my passport! Easiest process ever!
Also, amazing support, I had an issue on my end, they emailed me back and sorted it instantly!!

Both my husband and I needed to renew our passports and used this app to take photos. We received our codes shortly after payment and were able to apply for our new passports. 2 days later we were advised our passport application had been approved and our new passports were being printed.
