The Future

I am so happy I don’t have to have to worry about what to do with devices I want to replace with newer models. There is no more selling, buying, asking myself whether I should get something or not. I just rent, then in 1-2 years replace with a more current or a different model. And if I am not sure whether I really need something or not - just rent for a couple of months, no need to spend thousands. Not to mention Grover Care - this is such a relief.

Bombarded with ads

I actually subscribe already with Grover to something. I can certainly afford it, I do it just for the convenience. The app is sort of useful although it feels like a web wrapper with slow loading times and a poor UX (also, their own sliding animations. Awful…).

Still, I’m giving Grover my money. But the app SPAMS you with Ads. Like, I just got one this morning at 8am: “You know it. We know it. It’s time for renting”. What the hell is that?

I did not give permission for notifications like this to be sent to my phone. In fact, Apple REQUIRE EXPLICIT consent for marketing notifications, which I did not give. I’m half considering reporting the app for this.

Stop spamming me, I’m already a customer. If you send more with no way to opt-out, I’ll just cancel my subscription and delete the app.

Approval canceled

Would a down payment change the the odds of getting approved? I wish you guys did that if that helps I don’t how this credit stuff works.

Issue in app

Up until a few days ago I loved Grover but not I can seem to get a answer as to why when I sent a tablet back within the 14 days I’m now being charged and why my messenger In another language hopeful this reach a tech people that can fix it

No More Rent to Own

I loved grover before their most recent update. Now you can't rent to own. The prices weren't that bad for rent to own but now it's just to rent but the prices stayed the same. Definitely not worth renting something for a year for basically the same price it would be to just save up and buy. Definitely not gonna use anymore after all my orders are paid off. Would give 5 stars if they hadn't ended the rent to own.

Amazing Customer Service

I had a medical emergency that caused my usual budgeting plan to go off track and made me miss a payment and I had to temporarily change my method of pay, a couple more scenarios happened where my payment method couldn’t go through, but Essence their customer service was with me every step of the way. Working with me to get caught up. I honestly couldn’t ask for better customer service.

App is amazing with a weird bug/issue

I absolutely love your app! I managed to purchase the new iPhone 14, which was a much-needed upgrade from my extremely slow old phone. However, I encountered a peculiar issue a few times. I'm not sure if I accidentally pressed the wrong button, but it appears that the Grover app occasionally changes the language on its own. This can be quite frustrating, as I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to revert the language back to English, since I don't know how to change it back otherwise

Worst app ever

This app is so glitchy. It takes forever to load anything and sometimes even change the language and currency on its own lol. Super bad app and needs lots of fixes. When I add stuff to my cart and try to proceed, it takes the item out and says I have nothing in the cart. All I want to do is buy stuff, but it simply can’t handle that lol

Horrible

I can’t change my payment method or pay off my devices early , it’s been a week since I contacted support and they have yet to get back to me . The app and website are horrible and glitchy . I just want to pay this off and I’m never ordering anything from here again
