Great app
First off, Grover is a scam because why am I still paying on a $400 product almost 2 years later and you say I STILL have to pay another $300 to own it?! Yeah no
And secondly, the app randomly changes the language from English to like German or something. Super frustrating!!!
To all the people with not so great credit: although Grover seems like a good idea DONT DO IT. It’ll be way smarter to just save for what ever it is you wish to purchase OR download the Four app and split the payments (based of bank history NOT credit score)

Grover has been nice sent a replacement and waited for payment when I was late great company!
Your update don’t work
It been about a half year trying to update the login account don’t after you put your information blank screen it only works though the website this app don’t work

No option for Air!!! There is No phone and Chat is useless as is any meaningful support. I asked support at Grover if there iPhones were unlocked and I got an answer 4 days later. Really???

The app itself is solid. It’s pretty straight forward, easy to use and very clear on how the process works. I’m interested in renting to own (if I end up liking the item) however, I haven’t had a chance to rent the computer I want yet. It seems it’s all rented out. I chatted with one of the online reps and was told that the inventory was replenished monthly. It’s been two months now since the computer has been rented out (in all models) so I have no option but to keep checking back.

If you love tech (and Money), GET THIS!
I’ve gotten 4 products from this company. In my case, 3 of those were brand new and 1 was like new. It’s really fun to try every brand in phones headphones and accessories. I also used this to save myself time and money, since I like upgrading often and I always have to sell old devices on eBay for a loss. Now with Grover I don’t have to. Not to mention Grover Care which is my favorite part. They cover all minor damages and any major damages are 90% off. So I use my phone without a case.
We really need to support this company and keep it going for years!
