  • Works some times.

    When trying to access my account, about every other month it refuse my password. I have to get a new one to use it. This happened 4 times in last 10 months. On my wife account it locks her account. Have to go to office to get it in locked. Two months later, she's locked out again. Using Tindell video app no help. It never connects to anyone. Worse then using the phone. On hold for ever.

    I keep setting auto pay on my credit card but it doesn’t get paid. They just want to keep collecting interest for not paying on time.

We no longer offer video banking but do have secure chat within online banking if you would prefer speaking to someone that way.   • Anonymous Transfer Issues

    The only major problem that I get with the Tyndall mobile banking app is that transfers to my family member, do not sure if it was. I are my family member, who transferred a particular sum of money to a particular account. this has caused me issues before, since I sometimes transfer money to a family member and vice versa. Please fix this issue of anonymous transfer, not showing who transferred the sums of money, or from which account the money was transferred.
