Not too intuitive
Using this for the past few months I’ve made a few discoveries. First, it is difficult or impossible to edit a patient. This is not insurmountable. However, it is impossible to delete individual markers. Once you add one too many “A” markers, you have to delete them all and start over.
Also, a recent change in the way the number of units is indicated on the payment page doesn’t make as much sense. There’s no place that shows the total number of units, only the total charges. This could be a powerful aesthetic record app, with a few tweaks. Maybe some customizability would be possible? Maybe I want total units and another injector wants to see total charges. That seems like a possible user configuration.

BAD customer service
They kept charging my credit card even after multiple attempts to cancel services (email and multiple calls)
The answer always was send an email to cancel… never heard back.
Had to cancel my credit card and order new one
** Not even mention the trouble i had to have the patient info sent to me

Great charting app!
I highly recommend this charting app for newbies looking for something to use, or for anyone wanting to switch charting systems! Very simple, streamlined and amazing customer service!
No one to talk to
No customer support. They are charging my credit card and I can’t use the app. I need them to stop charging the credit card
No customer service!!!!!
I was using this app and had all of my patients info when one day it didn’t let me log in and said that my subscription has ended. On the website there is no # to call just a customer service email. I’ve emailed them twice weeks ago with no response. Very frustrating.
