Feels rushed to release
I realize this app has been out for awhile but it feels like it was rushed out with very little development. The alerts are atrocious, I have to open and close the app multiple times to get the notifications to clear and the sign up issues on iOS are terrible. Can’t wait for the season to be over so can delete it

Won’t let me add the team at all
So we have tried everything to add our kid’s team on here including deleting and reinstalling the app to trying it on multiple phones. Restarting phones. All that. But every time we go to input the code for his team it goes to a blank screen and does not add. It is beyond frustrating.
Has a lot to fix
Just trying to sign up to see team messages and I can’t get past the registration part. It just turns into a white screen every time I try to register with the team and doesn’t do anything else. Please fix this.
Useless
Can not sign in to team. Contacting support was no help whatsoever. They sent one email with a question back to me, and a message that said ticket was closed. How do you close a support ticket with a question to be responded to in it?
Tried deleting, reinstalling. Same isssues. Will not allow phone number to be entered beyond area code. I hope the team will use another app. This one does not cut it. It deserves no stars because I can not use it.

5 stars if only….
Would give 5 stars if there was a way to disable the app from requesting RSVP’s to every calendar event.
Informative but ANNOYING
this app allows you to see your child’s schedule, talk to team members, their parents and coaches, but it never keeps you logged in. I don’t want to log in 45 times a day just to see that someone can’t make it to practice or so and so forgot his water bottle. Can you please make it so the app keeps you logged in or used face identification?

Love the app & the customer service
I was having 2 separate issues within a couple weeks of each other and I simply emailed them and they fixed it right away and emailed me back within the hour to tell me it was fixed. Great customer service support for the app!!!
Very unstable
I was really excited at first glance, but soon as I started to build practice plans and search drills it when down hill fast! The app crashed upon attempting to save my practice plan 8 times before I stopped wasting my time. The drill search and selection process is broken. Lots of potential and good UI, but functionally challenged.

Hey coach, don’t waste your time
This app doesn’t work and when you reach out they are absent and unresponsive in correcting the issue. Actually I’m pretty displeased with USA football all together.. Best of Luck!
