This app is amazing
I first set up my booking site not too long ago and got my first client to book today, I was having some issues confirming her appointment but I messaged chairwatch and they helped me get the whole thing figured out. The respect and care this company puts fourth to their customer service is amazing and I love the actual care this company has. 🫶🏼🫶🏼💖💖

Not a very good app and you cannot deactivate
I have tried to get in communication several times with admin from this app regarding my personal email address that I used to create my account exposed on the booking link. I have asked several times how can I change it. There is no option in the app to correct this issue nor deactivate your account. Overall, I think the app definitely needs work in order to be more user friendly and have some of the features that other apps offer. It’s unfortunate that I still have not been helped with any of the issues I have had so far with the application.
