  • Things are missing!

I would like to point out a couple missing items on this app. First, in Animal Crossing New Horizons, there is seen to be a seashell wreath and a fruit wreath. This app is declaring that there is only flower wreaths. That is a disappointment, because I would like to know how to craft those items. Next, data is wrong. In ACNL, all of this is reasonable. But not for ACNH. Also, some of these reviews, are from many weeks ago, and yet nothing has been fixed! Overall, this app will make some promises, and most times won’t. I honestly would not recommend getting this app.

  • Super helpful

I like this a lot but there's a lot of misinformation, and also today it's catchable thing wouldn't update, like it acted like fish pass 4pm weren't catchable when it was 5pm, hope the time thing gets fixed and information for critters gets fixed, but other than that I think it is really helpful and amazing and I can't wait for the little things like I mentioned before to be fixed

  • Could be good with some work!

A good start, although I have some immediate negative notes from a few minutes of use. The critters section sometimes just refuses to let you open up any specific bugs or fish to check them off or look at their info. Seems to be luck whether it'll let you in or not. As well as this, the ads - removable at a minimum of $1.99 - are CONSTANT. You can barely go ten seconds without hitting another ad. It's irritating and manipulative.

  • Great concept! Currently unusable to me

I downloaded this mainly for the critter checklist, which seems great— except for one issue. In my AC game I artificially set my location to the Southern Hemisphere— but there no way to alter that in this app (it must automatically set based on location). So when I click “only display in season fish/bugs”, I get stuck with the northern hemisphere :( would it be possible to add in a manual switch to this setting? It would be nice to toggle it as well (since I can hunt in my friends islands which are Northern Hemisphere)

  • Needs More Work

This app is alright. It’s free which is nice for those on a budget, but the pop up ads are annoying and it’s too rough of an attempt for me to recommend a purchase. You can donate to use it ad free, but a lot of the app is seemingly placeholder/copied from new leaf.

There is inaccurate data still (ex. Blue marlin availability at the time of this review) and no way to report, as far as I could tell. And the complete lack of fossils is very unfortunate.

I donated to support the Dev, hopefully there is more progress.

  • Should Change a Section

The critters section should have some more capabilities. Rather than “what you can catch right now” this section should be “what you can catch this month” I totally forgot about a fish that ended in March because I didn’t happen to check the app at the specific time that the fish was available. I may have to use a new app because of this.

  • Great app!

A big props to the team working on this. The app has amazing features and it’s not an easy feat to get accurate info so quickly when the game is so new. Paid to get rid of ads, which is worth it! Still some kinks to work out, but it will be well worth it.

Note to developers: having a ‘submit feedback’ form in app would help a ton! Don’t necessarily want to give a rating less than five, but need a way to give the feedback. Thanks for the work on it!

  • Won’t let me do anything

Download it and it refuses to update and there’s no way I can see to connect it to my game. So I’ve deleted it. No good if you can’t connect to your game to see how your progress is going
  • Add fossils!

So far I think this app shows a lot of promise. Obviously with the game not being out yet and so many questions left unanswered I would hope that more features will be added. Fossil tracking would be useful as well as the fish and bugs. Perhaps a complete catalogue of items (after release) NPCs and some kind of island planning like to do list or something! Paid for ad free! Let’s support our developers!

If you the developer are reading this, please add a fossil app so we can keep track of which ones are left to find! Makes trading easier not having to constantly check the museum!
