Awful app
Forgets custom scenarios. The app does not update the status when you start it and doesn’t work if you use manual control panel in van as well. Sometime won’t load unless you have an internet connection, which often you don’t in many locations.Mikey Bunny
Frustrating
I’ve had nothing but problems with this system. Currently showing battery at 100% and 22days 18hrs 7m duration and not changing even after a day of use. Can’t trust it. Bluetooth not connecting with van now. Every time I use it there seems to be a different problem. They seem out of their depth here.Show lessJon gadget

What rubbish this is, had it connected to two phones i13and i15 half of the lighting features suddenly disappeared, have now been trying reconnect for-the last 10 days. Your uk dealer Erwin Hymer Travel World are next to a waste of space never return a call for help, you can’t communicate with anyone that’s supposed to know anything. A great start, love the functionality and ease of use. The battery levels are a little tricky as the levels don’t seem to reflect the actual battery level but I’m hoping someone from Hymer can come back to me to resolve this. The new Hymer touch screen control panel is great, but it seems to conflict with Hymer Connect app.
If you pair and use the app, after a few hours to a few days the main panel crashes and needs to be re-booted.
This has been reported to Hymer and the dealer on several occasions, who keep loading new software to no avail, which in effect makes the app useless and worthless.
In addition since iOS 17 and having changed phones, I can’t even use the app as it crashes every time I try to re-pair the new phone.
What a pity, but the app as a result is just useless. What poor software.Show lessliamAHarry
Useless
This system is completely flawed, every time we pitch up we have to unplug the ECU and uninstall the app from our devices. Even then it takes several attempts to get the system working. It also has a habit of switching things off on its own, we have had the fridge, boiler and lights malfunction.

Hymer, Great at building motorhomes bad at building software. The app is okay when it works but it need regular deleting and re installing to make even partially useful. I admire what they are trying to do but the execution is terribly flawed.kayowed owner
Shockingly Bad
There is no way to set up a password, as the link they send you only links to the iPhone app, instead of a password page. By the time you get that far, it has your email address, so you can't use that anymore in the app, as it says you're already registered, but you're not, because you have no password, and no way of getting one.
