once you do the app wants you to "confirm" that you are a licensed oil tank installer, that you know all the state regulations, that you've read the entire instruction manual etc.. and there's no way to deny/ say "no"... you're stuck with no choice but to delete and reinstall- which had to be done by the oil company's technician.Show lessNjnanabear

1) LOGS OFF DURING A COMBUSTION TEST 2) SAYS THE PASSWORD IS WRONG, WHEN ITS NOT. 3) MAKES YOU WAIT 30m “TO GET AN EMAIL”. 4) NEVER RECEIVE EMAIL 5) ALL FOR AN OHMS READING WHILE MOST HAVE IT ON A SCREEN NOWADAYS OR A FLASH CODE

Horrible service
They charge me nearly $200 for a smart device to monitor my oil tanks. Less than a year later they just discontinue it and leave me with a paperweight. They just update the app with a notice that it’s being discontinued. Would never recommend buying Beckett smart devices.Vhrjcihhed

Easy to install. It knows the tank size and shape, so it should be able to estimate gallons. Very simple calculus to get gallons right. Graphs become useless. Competitor product does gallons estimate, gallons per day, etc.GambrillsJim
