- Introducing the Work Order module. Manage your assigned WOs from the app. - The Home chat interface has been greatly improved and now includes FAQs as well. - The search is further refined to provide more accurate results. - The Approvals screen layout has been optimized and improved. - Various bug fixes.

Updated approvals tabs layout to be more user friendly. -Replaced Details and SR Info and combined them in the Summary tab. -Moved Forms into the second tab position since it is the most frequently reviewed by approvers after Summary. Approval buttons have been reduced in size to save space and are now fixed in place. Approval last updated date issue fixed. Approval button colours have been updated to swap the grey button for an orange button.

- Standardised the user interface across all screens - Date formats standardised - Swipe left and right on Approvals for quick actions - Requestor and requested for person now displayed in listed requests - Added filters to the Requests screen and improved filter functionality in Approvals. Swipe away filters to hide them - App now sends notifications to your device. Retrieve a request among all your past requests submitted with these service providers to access the latest status, approvals, activities, work orders, etc. If urgent assistance is needed, contact directly the agent currently working on your service request or escalate the same with the manager on duty. Unite Self Service is 24/7 accessible to anyone that does business with the United Nations and that has an active Unite Identity account.
