Place orders on app in English?
Please can you tell me how I can shop throughout the store in English including groceries? Even the staff at click & collect in puerto banus shop couldn’t sort for me?Guest family

Most Spanish shopping apps now give alternative language options as free computer translation is available.
Sadly, this app needs to be kept updated by including a language option. .Zambezi15

The app and the website are super slow and kelts crashing. I spent over an hour doing just one order for Christmas. It’s a shame as the shop itself is great and the selection is good for Spain.Mag TU
No option for other languages
Not everyone can speak Portuguese, there are many expats, due to Covid, Brexit, Russian Ukrainian war - all have moved everywhere in Europe, including Portugal. And your app DOES NOT give an option to shop in English. Other apps like for example Zara, mytheresa, netaporter etc all have different languages option, but you won’t even give an option of even 1 international language like English. We could be spending lots of money ordering clothes, household electronics and furniture online… but we can’t… its only in Portuguese!Show lesskama2507

The app is not available in English. It’s impossible to add coupons. It kept rejecting my credit card that I wanted to leave on file.I have three coupons I wanted to use and have spent days trying to figure this out and Adam. I finally just made the purchase to get the school uniforms and bypassed the coupons because I couldn’t get the app or the website to work.Show lessmannepd

El app no es amigable, los menus no son obvios, no es fácil encontrar por ejemplo la sección de niños. Todo el tiempo dice que hay un error. Fue muy lento hacer la compra. Graciasdispenzaziz
