Hello, thanks for bringing your concerns to our attention. Please be aware that if you are using Care Smart with a Apple watch, then the Care Smart just needs to be a widget on whichever watch face the user chooses in order to use the app to its full potential. As for tracking, we do NOT track the phone app user, however we do facilitate tracking between the phone app and watch app. Please email us at caresmart.feedback@verizonwireless.com to discuss further. -DA
Can’t remove watch holder other numbers

Disappointing
Verizon, if this is really something you want to offer spend some money and exercise some leadership. Otherwise this comes across as just another empty subscription gambit.

Hello, thanks for leaving this review with your issue. It seems that the issue is you may have by accident denied the permissions for the app and your camera. You can just go into your settings for this app and grant the access for the camera. Each update adds bugs! The most glitchy app ever.
Have to delete everyday
If the company would fix those things I would give it 5 stars.
