New app slow to respond
The new app checkout system is better from the point of view of being able to use Apple Pay but overall is much slower than the previous app.
Wrong Items Added To Bag
The app displays everything beautifully & is very easy to navigate but on a recent order it kept adding the wrong items to by bag!
I wanted cropped trousers in navy but I was getting them added to my bag in every colour but. I eventually got what I wanted by trial & error (cropped trousers in cornflower gave me cropped trousers in navy). I just hope the correct colour arrives!

Great app
Very good app, the app is fast and show great images and details of the items, it’s easy to add to basket and complete purchases. One of the best clothes store apps, Also very easy to manage account and contact M&Co from the app.
App
Good for shopping, but won’t let me add my loyalty voucher. Love M and Co clothes, they’re a little bit different from other stores and always good quality, so I’ll continue to use the app and hopefully sort it out in store with their lovely staff
Useless
M and Co have lost loads of sales from me as I get fed up trying to log in and if I’ve got time I just check out as a guest. Never recognises my password, even after resetting it. The latest one is used my loyalty voucher, which it said was applied, then when it got to payment it had disappeared!

I was looking for Christmas present ideas and could quickly get a look at different items.

Online site is poor. I had a £10 voucher & also a 25% promotional voucher. I had trouble applying either if these. No phone line to contact customer service. Sent e mail but no reply. Eventually (after 24 hours) the site automatically applied the £10 off… which resulted in less discount, had I been able to select the 25% off. Couldn’t alter it & gave up trying in case I ended up with the same problem as yesterday when the site stated ‘voucher already used’. Reason I had been issued with a £10 voucher was because an item I had previously ordered, subsequently became unavailable, as well as delays in delivery

Great quality and value
Always amazed at super on trend items I find in store and online, year after year. I have purchased some velvet skinnies and coated jeans that I wear on repeat. Super soft hoodies too at a fraction of the price paid in other high street outlets.
So Frustrating
I filled in my address and confirmed it then pressed use billing address also but still I had to redo the billing address. I had problems last time I ordered and ended up doing as a guest. I use M&co a lot but I am getting fed up with the problems I always get when trying to place an order. My sister has also had the exact same problems. Please sort it out as feel frustrated by it and am feeling I can’t be bothered with the order hassle.

Was a bit trial and error the first time I used it not as easy as the web page but with time I think I will get used to it
