اقتراحات لرفع جودة التطبيق 🤩
انا ما عمري كتبت تقيم على تطبيق بس الصدق تطبيق كالو متعوب عليه و سهل الاستخدام بس عندي اقتراح بسيط اذا يضيفونه على التطبيق يصير فوق الممتاز 🤩
١- اضافة تتبع التوصيل (بحيث اذا السائق قرر يوصل الطلب الى العميل يعرف العميل متى بيوصل )الوقت المختار للتوصيل في التطبيق جدا طويل ممكن يكون الشخص غير متوفر في وقتها
٢- السماح بوضع اكثر من مستخدم في جوال واحد (family share)
٣- تنبيه اذا المستخدم ما غير الوجبات ( مرات انسى اغير الوجبات و يطلع الاكل اكثر من احتياجي الشخصي )

الوجبات سيئة ومكونات مكرره والسعر مرتفع طلبت استعادة مبلغ الاشتراك وحتى الآن اكثر من شهر ولم يرجع المبلغ إلى حسابي لا انصح في الاشتراك معهمmar 97

The developers are constantly making small, unnecessary updates to the app pretty much every week, so you are always having to update the app and re log in. Pretty annoying.
This is a meal prep company, so the fact that they spend so much time on unnecessary app updates is hilarious.David11sd
Unprecedented customers service and food
I almost never write reviews (literally the last time was in 2019) but what can I say. I’m blown away by the customer service experience at Calo! Never in my 37 years have I seen such smooth customer support that is available 24/7 and pleasant to deal with even at 4 am in the morning (looking at you big corporates). The food prep and ingredients quality is top-notch, specially with vegetables based diet. You can immediately tell how fresh the produce are in your meals. I wish I can rate this higher than 5 stars. Just all around spectacular service and product. Keep it up guys!YousefWi
تجربة ٧ شهور
التوصيل ممتاز ودايما على الوقت
التطبيق ممتاز جدا وسهل الاستخدام لكن اتمنى الوجبات الي اعطيها تقييم سيء ما يختارها بالمستقبل لكن للاسف هذا الشي ما تعدل حتى الان
الاكل صار اسوء من اول من ناحية الطعم والجودة
السلطات والاكل البارد الي ما يتحمى جدا جدا جدا سيئ لدرجة ان بعض الاحيان للاسف ما اقدر اكمل الوجبة من الزفر ما انصح اي احد يختار هذي الوجبات بسبب الرطوبة مع الدجاج البارد
مكلف من ناحية السعر (الوجبة توصل ل٤٠ ريال)
يطلبون تقييم لكل وجبة واذا قيمت ما يصير شي مجرد مضيعة وقت
بوقف الاشتراك بسبب رغبة التغيير لان بالاخير كل اسبوع اكل نفس الاكل
وبالاخير كالو لا زال من افضل مقدمين الوجبات المحضرة حالياAbdullahAAG

Awesome app and support
Love their food and their support. But there is a lot of room for improvement. Also protein portion is low sometimes.
you need to focus on providing food that provide the body with the nutritions, vitamins needed.
Fruits, vegetable, avocado. Also there should be a calculator for vitamin in those meals
Also a QR code to scan and show all those details.
I want to connect it the meals details with an app called “ my fitness pal.
But over all you guys are awesome. I made a good choice to join you. And I hope to see quick changes like the one mentioned above.

Extremely overpriced
You do realize that the monthly plan (which is the cheapest option offered) brings a single meal’s price to about 40 Riyals!! That’s for a meal which you can easily prepare for less than 15 Riyals and with better portions too at home. Not worth it at these prices.Naj405
