Horrible people work here

You have to choose answers for questions and the answers make little to no sense. If I were the celebrity parents of Jack Blues Bieber, Stormi Webster, Blue Ivy, and Mason Disick I would sue Goss and it’s workers as one of the questions is which one of these beautiful children would. “Get fed up with the limelight and fake their own death…. How is this acceptable? Who would want to answer that? Who came up with this? How about leave children alone to keep them safe? What about their mental health? Goss is amoral. Please, please sue these idiots for the safety of your families. I wish all these kids the best life,

Don’t waste your time on this app! You never win actual prizes and even if you email for help they don’t help you! They always claim there is an error and they are working on it for the future. You spend a long time to get rewards and then you don’t even receive them!

This used to be fun! Now unplayable

I redownloaded recently after playing a lot in 2021-2022 and is it ever impossible to get coins!!! Also you can’t customize the amount of coins you bet anymore. It’s either like 100 coins for the least likely answer or up to thousands for the one that’s most likely. Flop era. Looks like I’ll be deleting again

HI there :) You can email ellen@goss.media otherwise if you click on the prize in your activity feed it has an esitmated arrival. Note we always add a bit of extra time on that arrival so it should come before then.

Too many issues

Really good app when it works, have won and received prizes which is great. However depending on the update which they seem to do all the time, something stops working. Right now my time spent doesnt work so will never update and is always on 0 minutes. Personality and quizzes wont work, have fallen down the ranked because of this which is annoying. Because of all this I cant claim my daily box. Yes I have deleted and re downloaded the app multiple times and it still wont work. The app is really good when it is fully functioning however it never seems to fully work for such a basic app

We've tried to streamline the app to what makes us different and that is being able to make predictions so have focused our efforts on that element. We hear you on the prizes and the reason they are a bit more, is we arent actually covering our costs on them... As users have the ability to win for free, we give out so many for free, and we cover the shipping ourselves it ends up costing an awful lot. I don’t think this is a legit app- it’s super legit

Well … I play this app for a few months now .. I won a hair clip I think.. which said shipped but it’s been a month and there’s no update nor anything… 🥶 I’m gonna stop playing it..

( Update.. they have sent me the prize .. it’s cute but so small .. anyways .. it ended up being a legit app.. thank u .❤️)

Love it

I have been a user of this app for around 3 years and have been able to see the different changes that have been made throughout this time. Each new update is welcomed and exciting to see. The Predicts and We Asked 100 are so interesting to play. I find that there are fair amount of chances to earn gems without purchasing. I love the pop culture theme and trending topics, I find it super engaging and fun. I often find myself scrolling through this app on my commute to work and uni. I never really thought I would be able to win anything however so far I have been able to win quite a few prizes. Most recently I was able to save up my pink diamonds to redeem a bigger prize, which I still can’t believe I got. On occasions the app can have bugs and glitches, but customer service have been very good and helpful with dealing with this.

Can’t redeem prizes

I have been playing for a few years and have redeemed a couple of small prizes with my diamonds. I thought I’d start saving them for a bigger prize. I have done a few in app purchases also to top up coins/diamonds. I tried to redeem a bigger prize now I’d got the right amount for the app to come up with a error because some of my diamonds had been purchased rather than won I’m guessing. I’ve tried to read the terms and conditions to find out if this is the case. Very miss leading!!! This would have been a 5 star perfect review if this issue hadn’t occurred! I have enjoyed this app for a very long time.

All diamonds that are purchased and not won have to be played through once to be used for redemption. These are traditional sweepstakes rules that are used across the board. We hold our hands up completely on this not being intuitive and there is actually messaging that is intended to pop up that we see isnt. And we are really sorry for this experience. Legit, and fun, unique app to use!

This app is legit! I’ve played many other apps that are scams, that never give you any of the prizes they seem to promise. Although it may take up to months to finally redeem something decent, like a gift card, the prizes are high quality, and there’s no reason to not try this app! It’s actually entertaining, unlike other apps that make the tasks seem boring. I just received my package for workout resistance bands, and it arrived almost 20 days earlier than the expected date. Would recommend! ⭐️

Terrible app

Do NOT download this app, not only is a absolute waste of time, the app randomly started charging my Apple account 1.14 a day . Even though it mentions nothing about that. So what am I paying for exactly? SCAM APP THAT TAKES YOUR MONEY
