I recently was offered to resubscribe on the App and I chose the $99 deal and paid with my Apple Pay. It did not recognize my payment and still continued to ask me to renew my subscription! I’ve been reaching out to customer service about this issue for the past week with no resolution. That means I am Missing out on applying for work because of them. And their phone number doesn’t have live customer service either so you’re subjected to emailing back and forth with a callous agent who couldn’t care less about your issues. They have neither refunded me nor activated my subscription on their end that I paid them for! Nor are they attempting to fix their app and site to avoid this sort of thing. Aside from this, most of the roles are for new directors. I would choose Actor’s Access. I’m switching over as we speak. It’s been over a week now that they have not refunded me my money, which means they stole it essentially, without activating my service!
