Hi Elgrayc, Thanks for the feedback. Here are a couple of thoughts: 1. Your old app quit working because Apple changed iOS. Sorry, but that’s nothing we did, and does not merit a negative review on this current version which IS current and DOES function properly. 2. Auriculo 360 is an integrated reference system for all your screens, including phone, tablet, laptop and desktop. The subscription cost is for the entire system, and not for this single app. Keeping everything running and integrated across 5 different operating systems requires lots of infrastructure and ongoing costs. That’s just how it is, and it prevents exactly what you complained about—old software becoming obsolete and inoperable. 3. And finally, you admit you love this App—a whole lot. Thank you! But you also admit you don’t want to pay for the ongoing functionality. Hey, we empathize. There are lots of things we wish were free too. Unfortunately, the way it works out, there are ongoing costs to maintain ongoing functions. We’re sorry to lose you as a customer, and hope you’ll reconsider. Trashing an app you love simply because you have to pay for it just serves to damage small companies who are trying to serve niches like Auriculotherapy where, frankly, there are few users to share the cost. Would you rather apps like this not exist at all?
