  • Really love this app!

    I find the features highly motivating!! It gives simple advice and tasks. It is fun but thankfully not obsessive. Also the questions are very thought provoking and the breathing exercises are quick and effective. I am a big fan of the super tasks. They’ve really helped me identify some special goals I never realised I wanted to do. Very inspiring! I have a few critiques: 1) The English (translation?) is poor in some areas. It is sometimes confusing what is being asked of me. E.g. “ You have people in your life who love and value you. Whom of them you will say ”I love you" today?” 2) my mood tracker has stopped working. Which is really a shame because I like viewing how my week has progressed. In general I would like my mood tracker accessible to see how I felt over the past month or more. Also I think the evening mood overwrites the morning mood! 3) not all of my answers to questions are reviewable. I’ve answered quite a lot of questions and I can’t read them all again and reflect how I felt over the last week. 4) I don’t like how the step count target is set for me and changes at random.

I am really glad that it has a positive impact on your life.  As to the points to be improved, I will make sure every issue is going to be fixed. 1. English translation — thank you for pointing this out, that is really helpful. I set a task for 2 English native copywriters to make sure we fix all the translation issues. I expect this to be fixed by August 10, 2022 2. Regarding mood tracker — could you kindly please share a screenshot or a video of the issue to contact@haaaaaaappy.com? Unfortunately we were not able to find the case by yourself. I promise to fix the issue right after you share the video, so we are able to understand what exactly to fix 3. Regarding not all answers being visible in your profile, could you kindly please specify answers from what tasks were not visible by sending a note to contact@haaaaaaappy.com? I will make sure we fix this.  4. Regarding the step counter. Can you please specify if it randomly changed the amount of target steps? At the moment it should increase the amount of target step level by level up to 11k steps. After that it is fixed.  Thanks again for such detailed feedback.   • Pay monthly option

    Please make it an option to pay monthly instead of yearly!

    I cannot afford £40 in one go and i feel you’d get more subscribers if given the option to pay monthyly

    Hello Charlotte, thank you for your feedback. We have a monthly subscription available. To sign up for a monthly subscription, you need to open the Hapday app and click on Join Hapday.   • Amazing app with 1 problem

    I’m currently on the free trial but it’s a lovely app so I fully plan on using in the future too however just 1 problem is that there is a constant connection error pop up despite me being completed connected. It only comes up when I try to delete a habit and I’ve tested with both my data & wifi and the pop up is relentless and makes the app unusable and the only way to stop it is to quit out of the app. This makes it impossible to delete any habits that I no longer need.

    The reason I got this app was because my life was all over the place like my room and this app really helped me not to worry !

  • I can’t click “continue”

    I don’t know if it’s a bug but after filling out questions, where I should be able to navigate to the next page via “continue” im not given the option instead it’s grey. This has happened on two separate areas on the app. It’s so annoying but cause every time I have to go back and re-fill my answers to attempt to move forward. Needless to say, it makes the app totally useless.

  • LOVE, Some Bugs to Squash

    I’ve tried several of these personal wellness apps and this one is by far my favorite… it’s simple but great, and the gamification makes it more engaging than many I’ve experienced. I have run into a few bugs and things that are a bit of a nuisance. First, I’m not sure I fully understand how the streaks work, but it seems to be tied to the completion of the “supertasks” rather than completion of the whole day’s plan, so it can sometimes be frustrating when I get everything done but it doesn’t count in a streak. Second, I’ve run into some of the tasks (most notably “Rate your day”) that don’t stay completed or never mark as completed. I’ve also notified that tasks in my “Evening retro” will reorder themselves, and one time the “Rate your day” grayed out as if it was locked as some others do. It’s worth saying though that despite all this, I’m still a subscriber because the app is great and paying great dividends for me… I definitely get a lot out of it, warts and all.

  • Great way to start and end your day

    This is the best! I love the photo aspect of it. It has definitely helped me appreciate my days more and see what really matters.

  • Warning - Looks Like Scam

    I haven't even opened the app, I've simply downloaded it. Before you disregard why this looks like a scam, just look a little closely.

    Go to reviews and sort by most helpful. The Top 4/5 reviews are all 5 star, all type very similar, all names from "users" are very similar also. All writing in a persuasive way to get on the app.

    Then sort by 'most recent'

    The review just under mine who also said warning has downloaded and tried it. They stated that when you open the app, you're forced to agree to a 7-day free trial before being charged an extraordinary amount of money.

    Do NOT use this app. I'll be reporting it to Apple for further review.

That is the main and the only reason we decided to make this app. It is very sad hearing that you haven’t even opened the app, but decided to give us 1 star out of 5. Personally I’ve been working on the app for 3 years without salary, holidays, weekends or even a single day off. We do not have investors. We did everything on our personal savings. We continue working on Hapday even when the army bombs our homes. People die around us every day, but we continue working on the app to make you happier. I shared your feedback with the team. Your words made us really depressed and demotivated. We did not understand why you did what you did. We’ve been working for years to create a tool which is going to help people. After we share it with you, instead of «thank you», we hear feedback that you haven’t even opened the app, but decided to call us scum.  I strongly believe that we did not deserve feedback like this. We did a great job creating a unique app which the world has never seen. We did everything with our own hands without any help. Every task inside the app is proven by science. There is no other app in the world who did anything like that. I’m 100% sure you are a great person and you did not mean to be rude and evil. Please do us a favor. Try out our app and if you still think that it is a bad app — no problem. Just keep the same feedback. But if you change your mind and see that we created a unique app which has no competitors on the market, please write an apology mail to our development team who’ve been working on it during the war time when there is no food and even water around.
