If there’s anything in this year that taught me, it’s the importance of self-care. The biggest takeaway for this app is it allows you to handle obstacles without getting broken. It’s all about putting the onus on you to look out for yourself instead of relying exclusively on a healthcare practitioner. With Hapday, I now go to bed earlier instead of Netflix-binge watching past midnight. I have been singing gleefully and zipping around with a bounce in my steps. It is a considerable improvement from my past life. I now interpret my world with happiness, so I would also feel and act the same way. Hapday’s gentle nudges throughout the day are not annoying. My relationship with my parents dramatically improved after using this app for a year. I’d honestly admit that I had thoughts of abandoning the app in the first month because I’m just so bad at sticking to a routine. Just glad I didn’t. The app’s so good at sequencing habits and tasks to encourage you to grow. It has a creative approach to dealing with negative thoughts. Over and above, it doesn’t sap the use of my battery nor my data usage. It’s not foolish to think that you can be happy every single minute of the day–definitely not with Hapday. In these trying times, it occurred to me that money doesn’t really make you happy. As a senior analyst, I get a competitive salary, but I still feel miserable. Multiple projects and new learning opportunities are frequently at my fingertips, but I feel obligated to smile. I was missing the most important ingredient to my vitality: work-life balance. As I bumped into Hapday and tested it out for just a month, my approach to life has constantly been evolving. I’ve also been having more time for myself (outside of work), just like deciding to learn a new language. Every morning, I give myself at least 20 minutes to learn 10 words in Spanish. Very limited. Seems fine at first but if you want to add a habit it doesn’t show up under daily habits even after clicking through; if you want a custom habit there’s no option; if you want support to address anything like the above all links are dead ends.Bananalasertag

Hello, My name is Denis. I’m the founder of the Hapday app. Thank you for the valuable feedback. Indeed “#1 happiness app” sounds too arrogant for the app which has just been launched. We changed the title to “Happiness app”. Regarding the subscription price, based on your feedback we decided for a limited timeframe give all users 1 year free trial which is significantly more than any app in the world has even given in the App Store history. We also lowered the price to $29,99/month for that period of time. Unfortunately if we make the app free forever, it will be physically not possible to continue further development.
