Falls short, and overpriced
And $364 a year is absurd for what this offers.
1) the app doesn’t automatically pattern options that go over the edge of your work space. To get a true perfect pattern you have to fit your objects within the square, which defeats the purpose, or duplicate objects and resize / move it to be perfectly aligned.
2) you can’t duplicate or delete an object. So if you want to get a nice pattern with objects that overlap the edges you have to eyeball it and hope you get it perfect
3) no customization for output sizes or shapes when you save
4) The app crashes every time I try to save
5) no easy option to create transparency for your own artwork. The eraser is ok but an easier tool would be the ability to select a solid color (like an unwanted background) or use a selection tool
Overall, very mediocre and I’m sorry. When your limited app costs more than an Adobe app, you need to rethink your pricing.

underdeveloped and overpriced

Dear luminarist, thank you for your detailed feedback about the usability. It's really helpful so we can improve it. As for pricing, we're working on including yearly/lifetime pricing. Sorry you feel the app is still not satisfactory, but please stay tuned.
Overpriced and doesn’t work
And it doesn’t work like it’s supposed to. If you put an image in the edge, it doesn’t repeat it at the other end and so your patterns will look “boxy”. Worthless. I’m deleting.

Hi, thank you for your message. Please note that if you just closed the subscription screen, a Free Trial did not start and therefore you would be limited to 3 patterns/day. Starting a Free Trial requires checking the 'Free Trial' box and pressing the Start button. For future reference, please note that because subscriptions are linked to your private account, deleting an app from a device does not automatically cancel a subscription, and we do not have access to that account and cannot make alterations on your behalf.
