App sucks, features just don’t work

I try to use the settings to change my tap controls but the app simply doesn’t work. I can turn on the custom tap controls but cannot configure any of them. I have tap compatible earbuds but this app just feels incomplete. I can’t believe this app was approved by iTunes Connect.
