Was a huge fan of this app, by far the best app overall in an objective comparison to competitors like Zwift et al- detailed realistic graphics and it’s free too? Sign me up!…
…until they broke it, first by introducing stupid voice chat that no one asked for to interfere with Bluetooth; and now hours upon hours wherein they claim to be updating server, but countdown clock keeps resetting and server remains inaccessible rendering the application inoperable -

First, the courses look great and the simulation is realistic.
However, the app crashes on almost every course, either at the beginning or during a race or workout. MyWhoosh tech support said it was due to my iPad only having 3gb of ram instead of 4gb. I have a 9th generation iPad (2021) so it seems dumb to design an app that won’t run on one of the most popular iPads. I’m not going to spend $500+ to upgrade iPads so I will just use Zwift. Tried on iPhone iPhone 12 IOS 16.3.1 and still crashes after 20-30 mins of use. Loses all data as a result. Beautiful app , if only it was stable.
Still crashes on startup with some route loaded for Free Rides and after a few minutes of riding free rides on other routes. I’m curious to know what systems this works on. I’m using an IPad 8th Gen with lots of memory available. Shame since this app sure does look great.Show lessTgwaue

I learned about this app today and was super excited to use it, but every time I open it it says that it won’t connect to the internet, even though I’m connected to high speed internet and running it on an iPhone 11 with the most recent iOS.A_A_Wood

Looks great. Seems to have everything you’d want BUT crashes every 20 minutes or so. Sometimes the crash lets you get back into the same ride, others it wipes it completely and you lose any progress you’ve made. I really wanted this to work because it looks better than Zwift and has a very intuitive UI but missing a solid experience. The crashing makes it a Nope for real trainingShow lessthelucass

They’re not responsive when there are issues and the Sunday Race Club isn’t fairly run. You’re never given an opportunity to compete in the correct category. While they say they’ll follow up with you, they never do. Lots of lip service and no real action. Zwift is a better platform.asw141414

Downloaded for my first ride on my iPhone. Crashed twice at about 15 minutes each time. If something that is supposed to record your workout doesn’t work it shouldn’t be used at all. Stay away until they fix it.jashusa500

Seems like an awesome platform, great training plans, etc. I have yet to be able to use it for a full training though, due to the app crashes every 20/min of riding.Kbrewer71
