Absolute nightmare to use
I’m a digital native, and I can’t get this app to work about 95 percent of the time. I download it for a required job, try it for a project or two, then inevitably give up, take my usual photos in my usual work app, complain about this app in the comments, turn in the work and delete this from my phone. Zero if possible - worst retail app - invasive
This is the worst retail app, the built-in retail apps that each merchandising company uses from their own platform are 1 million times better. Literally the absolute worst. it also tracks your phone every minute as soon as I do a job that needs it I delete it.PadzMar
Worst app ever
I don’t know what this app is supposed to do that’s any Better than a picture we could take . It tracks ur location always kills your battery. Every time I have to use it for work I delete till the next time I need it . Retailers / merch companies would be better off not to pay for this service (if they do)for any integration to their systems and just have reps submit pics.Show lessGlitchy

How does this even exist?
This is by far the worst app on my phone. I don’t know in what bizarro world some company actually thought this would be a great app (looking at you Procter & Gamble) to use for capturing data. There must have been money under the table because this app is straight trash.Benwhaley
Less than the bare minimum
The app does not even correctly format to my iPhone 13, there’s a white bar at the top and then it’s cuts off the app at the bottom of my phone. I also do not get any of my regular camera features to use while using this app, so I can’t do things like zoom in or out. For me, the camera is unnaturally zoomed in and it makes it really difficult to take photos while I am working. These should be addressed immediately and are really features that should be included as the bare minimum. The user experience is not friendly and really quite confusing.Show lessms.fotopoulos

One of the world’s least user-friendly apps. Not worth the headache to use it. I’ll be refusing further job assignments requiring this app.Backtalker
