Super glitchy and makes it impossible to get a new card
Opening the app takes 15 seconds for it to load along with each time you click a different part of it. My card got stolen and after cancelling it and trying to order a new one it kept saying that there was an error and to try again later. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app three times with the issue not getting resolved. This is by far the worst designed app ever. Take any other form of payment over this. Terrible and I would give it zero stars if I could. Customer service is unhelpful and the app seems to have been designed by a 9 year old as half of their features lead to blank white screens upon clicking them forcing you to close and reopen the app to go back to your money.Show lessDeveloper Response

I have the app and have been trying to do mobile check load and every time I click on it the directions come on the screen and won’t go away. I have to close the app and delete it to get back into the appDeveloper Response

Ibsen having a brinks card for years and I don’t see we’re it’s helping me or doing me right they have been taking my money off my card and then not answering the
or trying to give my money back they have stolen right now they owe me money over two hundred dollars they have stolen from me I want my money ASAP I’m disabled 785>_100$=_685so now why is the saying I only have 400$&some changes now you know that s wrongs and they been doing this every mouth with my checks and they have the nerves to ask like they don’t understand an ever time I ask for my money they start playing games with my money like I can’t count I an been calling a calling no answer what up with that.
