Doesn’t load and when I finally was able to attempt to register it says it already exists. Don’t waste your time.
Does not recognize my label or card
This is a useless application. Every time I try to recharge balance it keeps telling me that my label is invalid.
Login every time!!!
After recent updates you have to login each and every time you open the app, and notifications are not getting in like before. Please do a fix for the login process to save credentials. It’s a real pain to login every time you need to load balance or verify status.
English Please
How can you create an app that doesn’t have English as an option!! I’m learning Spanish but don’t know enough to navigate this app or their website in Spanish. I’m very disappointed.
Does not work at all/ No sirve
The app is just a waste of memory on your phone. It never allows you to add your sticker. And don’t try to use the web version, doesn’t work either. But the fake fines will get to your house address without failing.

Terrible!!!!
Doesn’t work. Worst app ever, same as the service. I would give it a 0 Star but is not possible. You try to recharge but the app doesn’t work most of the time.
What’s the point
I download the app a few minutes ago, I register and then it tells me that the password that I created doesn’t matches my account
Unusable!
They tell you to download the app because it’s “more convenient” but honestly I’m starting to think it’s only function is to mine our personal data. The app might have worked once and I’m not even sure of that because, it was such a long time ago, I might have actually used the webpage in order to recharge my account. What an utter disaster, is anyone on top of this?

Bad quality
This app is nonfunctional. Each time I want to access it, it shows a technical problem. I have to delete and install it again on my phone. Poor service, even most when this app should be offering a public service to drivers in PR. Far from acceptable!
