Broken app, extremely annoying complications
As another reviewer mentioned, virtual care does not work. If you manage to make it to the waiting room for a doctor (which itself was quite difficult), you will find that after waiting for 30 minutes, you are unable to actually connect to the doctor.
It looked like I was still charged for the visit, so I contacted customer support. The response was a copy paste answer about the solution I spent 30-40 minutes figuring out on my own (some mobile browsers are not supported).
If they know some browsers are not supported, why not tell me before I begin the process? As someone who is sick, this was an extremely frustrating experience. A chain of prompts and forms that should have taken 5 minutes somehow took 45.
