Reviews of KidCare Anywhere

  • Useless for separated parents

This application does not seem to support multiple party conferencing which makes it essentially useless for separated or divorced parents of children, where both parents still want to be actively involved in their children’s healthcare. When a telehealth appointment is scheduled only one person can receive a link to the meeting and if anyone else attempts to join using that link, it kicks the first person out of the meeting, and vice versa.
  • Doesn't work at all

We have a great WiFi connection but every time we try to use this on any device, we see the logo screen and that's it. We would love to get some advice about our kid, but so far this app has been a barrier. Please let us know when a new version hits the app store.
  • Great help

When I have actually been able to connect with a provider on the site they have been a great help answered all my questions and didn’t have to waste a trip to the hospital. They were able to call in meds to. No some times we could not connect it kept dropping but the provider would actually call me on the phone to make sure I got the help I needed.
