Amazing when working, but app sometimes crashes
More often than not over the past six months I pull up to a Waitomo station to fuel and the app tells me I’m out of range when I’m right next to the pump.
I always check for updates but there hasn’t been any recent ones. Frustrating when it doesn’t work but fantastic savings when it does. I really love the app but maybe updates need to be a bit more frequent ?

Easy to pay
I love the price and how easy it is to pay from the phone, I just wish printing the emailed receipt was able to fit on one page…. 1st world problems I know…
Please increase the limit
Takes multiple restarts to fill a boat due to transaction limits. Only allows 2 transactions in a short space of time. Annoying if you’re trying to fill a boat. Should allow user to set a limit with a pin or something.

Kia ora, you can set an 'own amount' anywhere from $10 - $300 to increase from the default $150 'fill' amount and avoid needing to do two transactions to fill the boat. A pre-authorisation will be applied by your bank for the amount you activate the pump for - once your card issuers processes your transaction, they'll release the temporary hold and only the amount for fuel pumped will remain. This will match your receipt automatically received too. Cheers, the Waitomo team.
