Easy to pay
I love the price and how easy it is to pay from the phone, I just wish printing the emailed receipt was able to fit on one page…. 1st world problems I know…All nicknames taken1.
Please increase the limit
Takes multiple restarts to fill a boat due to transaction limits. Only allows 2 transactions in a short space of time. Annoying if you’re trying to fill a boat. Should allow user to set a limit with a pin or something.Kiwinzed

Kia ora, you can set an 'own amount' anywhere from $10 - $300 to increase from the default $150 'fill' amount and avoid needing to do two transactions to fill the boat. A pre-authorisation will be applied by your bank for the amount you activate the pump for - once your card issuers processes your transaction, they'll release the temporary hold and only the amount for fuel pumped will remain. This will match your receipt automatically received too. Cheers, the Waitomo team.Great app
Thoroughly recommend the use of the app to pay for petrol. Easy and efficient, especially when it’s raining. Stay dry in the car while paying then nip out to fill up.Johnny 041960

Visiting from USA and this is the only app that allowed me to load my Visa Card. Very frustrated by other brands apps that don’t work and also refuse to accept my debit card with PIN at their petrol stationsEarplugs next time

Love using this app, really handy to fuel up from your car AND you can win free “moolah” to go towards your next fuel purchase?! Complicated fafery
Need to spend over $150 to spin some stupid prize wheel. Also need to load your bank card onto the app so just another chance for privacy breach in my opinion. Prefer better price with no faf like gull who have no app, no card just drive into speed lane. Will still support them if their prices are good which they are as I like to support kiwi owned. Cheap fuel and handy location but not the best info for new customers
First time I ever used these guys. I need a GST receipt at the pump for work purposes. Machine said it had run out of paper. But don’t worry, all machines on the premises can provide receipts. Except, as I found out, when they *all* have run out of paper. Except the later I found out it had been emailed to me when I registered for the app. Not the best info for a new customer.Show lessPete Monk

Easy and rewarding
First time using the Waitomo Ap. Ultra easy to pay from in car and great to get a $1 off next purchase - plus the cheapest durum around. should have started using it ages ago!KeithandDavid
Ok but fill option needs fixing.
Was pleased to see that you can select "fill' option from preset amounts, only to discover that it stops filling at $150. Not sure where product team has been lately but 150 will fill anything but a small tank these days.
A nice feature would be to set a default amount in preferences to save time at the pump.Show lessTC954

Kia ora, this feature is available, just swipe to the 'Set' option and tap to choose any dollar amount between $10 and $300. You'll only be charged for the fuel that you pump. Cheers, The Waitomo Team.
