  • Make cooking 5% easier

    Do I need fancy $20 W-S peeler when the $5 plastic Kuhn Rickon is pretty excellent? Arguably no, but peeling carrots and potatoes is the tedious never ending bane of my prep cycle and I want it to be 5% easier.

    Also I truly appreciate that the app works seamlessly with the B2B discount applied to my account.

  • Quick and easy

    Simple to use in the comfort of my home. I can check dimensions for fit of the countertop appliance before purchasing.
  • WS Recipe Box keeps randomly adding recipes??

    The recipe box, which is essentially where all your saved recipes are, keeps deleting recipes and adding entirely new categories labeled things “Tom” and “happy hour.”

    I went to reference a recipe to be sure I remember to get the right ingredients at the grocery store, and it’s completely gone along with the folder I created.

    It looks like what’s happening is saves and deletions are being moved across different customer accounts. Please fix this. It is so annoying.

  • Something’s don’t work

    Could not select text button - credit card info not coming from phone. Not as easy as other sites
  • Registry details

    This app is not very user friendly for registries, but it’s really the only option William Sonoma has. Even with the update, it is constantly glitching (I.e. re-adding items that have been removed from the registry or still listing bought items as still needed). Also crashes often and needs to be restarted when using the app.
    Hope they come up with some major bug fixes!

    I got the app to see if it would be helpful for shopping. It works well to search for products, but I can’t see customer reviews. I miss that feature!
  • Horrible customer service

    I’m a WS Reserve member and find myself flummoxed by the absurd customer service policies. I recent purchased a set of 2 mini serving spoons, and one of those spoons was missing from my order. The customer service team proceeded to send a “replacement” which was actually just an entirely new transaction for which they billed my credit card another $32. So now I’ve spent $64 on a $32 set of spoons.

    Make it make sense.

  • Love Williams Sonoma, the app not so much

    I do love everything I find but their app and Apple Pay seem to have issues talking to each other. I used Apple Pay to make a single purchase 6 times before the WS app actually acknowledged the purchase. Seriously the techs need to figure out how to fix this issue!
  • Excellent app!

    This app is great! I’m usually very critical of apps but not this one! It’s the only app I have on my devices that I prefer the app over the website. And, that is saying a lot.

    Easy to navigate, not filled with bugs and very user friendly.

    Keep up the good work!
