Good app
Good app but couple improvements could make it great. Shopping is fairly easy but search could be improved a bit. The orders tab needs ability to hide and unhide orders and items already delivered - helpful for large orders. The credit card link works well but the credit card part slow to update and not always correct. made payment and showed processing then fully disappeared for days so looked like did not go through made again nor out of my bank - now days later two payments processed. Just little things to really make the app go from good to great.

Had a large order that I wanted to use my reward certificates- had to call the 800 number. Customer service was excellent as the agent added all the full certificate numbers of each (6) reward. The bold written message kept saying I needed to use my CB credit card- I did have the circle highlighted for the cc and choose a certificate to redeem- same bold red message. Please fix this.
Love CB products and live in a city with no brick/mortar store, so I am an online purchaser!
