Frustrating Shopping Experience
I think BR has some fantastic and stylish clothes but I find the shopping experience on the app sub par. First, the fully body photos and cut off product names make it impossible to know what item of clothing you are clicking into. I waste so much time clicking an image thinking it’s for the jacket, when it was for the pants in the picture. And second - why aren’t all the pieces of the outfit “related” to the image I clicked on? So now I’m spending time searching for the suit pants to the suit jacket and can never be sure if I found the right pair. I find the hero images are not intuitive at all for what the link will take you to, and the product names are so long, you often don’t see shirt or pant or jacket in the title.
