I retuned 5 items but only 4 were registered and I did not get the remaining the remaining item
I am deciding to part ways with Nordstrom rack today, after a good deal of time using their services
The issue is 1 of the 5 items I returned in the King of Prussia store was not recorded by the cashier (human error) in Nordstrom rack and I realized this when I got home (20 miles away from that shop)! I called customer service and they say I have to go back to King of Prussia shop and confront the cashier or ask for the video showing I returned what I indeed returned….I don’t have time for this….I have verified at home and I returned the 5 items as they were too small….no big deal I will take the hit for the sixty some dollars (no problem) but I am erasing the app from my phone and asking all my family to remove the app and anything else re: Nordstrom - we spend easily way more than 10 k dollars a year - I have already instructed my family and friends not to purchase anything from Nordstrom rack via on line or in person - It is not acceptable that I have to go back to the store and request to watch a video / go over the cameras as suggested by customer service to demonstrate the cashier had a human error - I firmly believe this is a Nordstrom rack task and no a customer responsibilityShow lessApplePay selection skips Nordy Notes and CSR no help!
I grew up with Nordstrom and the Rack in Oregon as a kid. I used to love the store and today I purchased several baby items for my soon-to-be, first grandbaby. Unfortunately, I chose to use ApplePay, assuming Nordstrom would give me their prior and expected, support if any issues came up. Unfortunately, hitting the Apple Pay button as you review the cart vs the Checkout button skips the option to add your Nordy Note to the payment. I called at my earliest opportunity and was told that there was absolutely no way they would help me apply the $10 note to the order. I even spoke with a manager. Their app robbed me of the opportunity to use the note and they refused to help. I now live in North Carolina where Nordstrom is rare but I used to talk it up so people would make the drive. No more! We are in the middle of tropical storm Debby here and our power has gone off and come back on, I had a Dr appt and then a meeting. I called at my first opportunity and since it was more than 60 minutes after the order placed without giving me the chance to enter the note, I can’t even cancel it. This is horrible customer service and truly sad that they would rather lose a lifelong customer than fix a $10 mistake. As soon as my order arrives, I will decide whether to return it but either way, I will delete the app and shop at Saks or other stores in the future.Show lessIf they all could be like her
I returned three dresses yesterday to the Fair Lakes Promenade location. Normally my experiences at this location are uneventful and unremarkable. However, this experience deserves some attention.
The three dresses I returned were potential wedding dresses for my small ceremony in April. The cashier took one look at the dresses and looked at me wondering if they were wedding dresses but didn’t want to assume. I confirmed the event and said that they were too small - and in my usual self-deprecating way - I said I looked like a “fat cow”. Her immediate response was not only one a good friend would give but she continued to ask questions and make recommendations. Then she said she was from San Francisco and asked me how I felt about my Baltimore Raven’s chances in the playoffs 😂
THIS is what good customer service looks like. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but, she absolutely deserves recognition.Show less
